We do not offer refunds on tickets to our events. If however, an emergency or extenuating circumstance arises do let us know as soon as possible, as it is possible that we can sell your ticket to someone else, in which case we would be happy to offer you a refund.
It is unlikely that we will be able to find a substitute less than 24 hours prior to the event. We do not guarantee a refund, but in extenuating circumstances, given more than 24 hours notice we will do our best to fill your place and give you a refund. We may need to charge a fee for our costs in doing this.
